William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home

STGi provides skilled nursing care and specialized support to 160 Veterans, including 32 dedicated memory-care beds at the William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home.

 

Our dedicated team of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, therapists, and support professionals ensures each Veteran receives personalized, 24-hour care designed to promote dignity, comfort, and independence. Services include comprehensive clinical care, physical, speech, and occupational therapy, medication management, social and recreational activities, and specialized programs tailored to each Veteran’s individual needs.

Through strong collaboration with the Texas Veterans Land Board and the Department of Veterans Affairs, STGi is proud to honor and serve Texas Veterans and their families by fostering a community built on respect, wellness, and purpose.
