YOUTH SERVICES
STGi is committed to delivering high-quality youth services through Job Corps and Head Start programs, aimed at empowering young individuals with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed in today's competitive world. Through our comprehensive programs, tailored to meet the diverse needs of Job Corps and Head Start participants, we foster personal growth, academic achievement, and career readiness. With a focus on community engagement and support, we aim to inspire confidence and create pathways to long-term success for every individual we serve.
STGi offers a fresh, innovative approach with the resources to deliver. STGi’s approach is designed to address the seven (7) pillars of Job Corps 2.0. Our approach goes further to include enhancements we call Job Corps 2.0 Plus. The centerpiece of our Job Corps 2.0 PLUS approach is the Pathway Achievement Career Team (PACT) model, designed to not only articulate but also effectively fulfill Job Corps' promise; to establish firm connections between students and their center support network starting during outreach, continuing through enrollment, and culminating in a direct, quality placement. STGi provides comprehensive operations services and program administration.
