Working to ensure that the most vulnerable receive quality healthcare, we often need to provide services in remote locations and challenging work environments. Our programs and highly-qualified professionals provide primary care, mental and behavioral health, management of acute and chronic medical conditions, dentistry, and occupational health/wellness services.

Medical Services
Primary Care - Providing a full spectrum of healthcare services including needs assessments, women’s health, pediatrics, and management of chronic issues.
Dental - Including providing dental cleanings, dental crowns and fillings, and supporting overall oral health.
Orthopedic Services and Physical Therapy - Coordinating orthopedic care, providing treatment that promotes the prevention, remediation, and rehabilitation of acute and chronic physical dysfunction.
Occupational Healthcare - Providing pre-employment and employment-related annual screenings and physicals.
Receiving/Intake Screening - Screening of patients upon their entry into government care.

Mental Health & Wellness Services
Mental Health Services - Assessing and screening patients for behavioral health concerns, providing in person or remote mental health counseling services, and monitoring patient mental health wellbeing.
Health and Wellness Education - Collaborating with stakeholders to create health and wellness educational programs including webinars and clinics, that work in conjunction with any existing customer programming.
Employee Assistance and Work-Life Programs - Offering a variety of services in the areas of work-life balance, grief and psychological counseling, legal assistance, financial guidance, and other areas impacting daily lives of employees.

Healthcare Administration
Staffing - Sourcing, ongoing credentialing, onboarding, and retaining healthcare staff including, but not limited to, positions such as physicians, advanced practitioners, managers, RNs, LPNs, and medical clerks.
Medical Records Management - Leveraging an electronic medical record system to track patient services and manage billing and payments in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Providers can work remotely, see patients, and stay connected with a comprehensive cloud suite of office and remote care technologies
Clinic Management and Oversight - Providing management oversight to all clinics including program management oversight and comprehensive quality control measures.
Community Outreach Programs - Planning and conducting outreach programming to ensure target audience are aware of and understand how to access available health and wellness programming.

Ancillary Services
Telehealth Services - Remotely providing health care services, including mental and behavioral health care, staffing telehealth clinicians, and providing and maintaining telehealth equipment.
Pathology/Radiology Services - Ensuring the availability of laboratory, x-ray, and EKG diagnostic services.
Pharmaceutical Services - Managing on-site medications including storage and dispensing, as well as managing the outsourcing prescriptions as needed.
Nutrition Services - Providing general nutritional guidance, access to nutritional counseling, and staffing of dietary specialists.

Clinic Design & Build
Clinic Site Sourcing - Locating and obtaining approval to construct new clinic sites per customer requirements, ensuring access to the beneficiary population.
Clinic Construction Services - Building new clinics on proposed sites utilizing STGi best practices and per customer specifications. This includes designing clinic spaces per customer requirements, obtaining required building permits and adhering to local regulations, and overseeing all stages of construction.
Facility Design Improvements - Leveraging our experience to provide optimal facility layouts, ensuring all clinics best meet the needs of staff and beneficiaries.
Accessibility - Adhering to ADA compliance standards and TJC best practices guarantees clinic accessibility.

The Joint Commission Accreditation and Certification - Providing safe and effective patient care, STGi earned The Joint Commission’s (TJC) Gold Seal of Approval ® for Ambulatory Health Care Accreditation and Primary Care Medical Home Certification.
