STGi is an energetic, vibrant, mission-driven community of people who strive to make a powerful impact on the world, providing high-quality professional services to our clients and program beneficiaries.

Grow With Us
To best support our customers and program beneficiaries, we focus on results and our ultimate impact. We look for professionals that share our values and empower them with the flexibility to make the greatest impact within their own lives. STGi invests in employee training, encourages growth, and allows employees to ascend into leadership roles. STGi’s growth over the past decade has created the need for more leaders within the organization and provided the opportunity for us to champion our exemplary staff.
Recognizing that one size does not fit all, we provide the space and freedom for our employees to best serve our shared values within a framework individualized best for them. While each position at STGi lends itself to varying kinds of flexibility, we will work to design parameters that best meet each employee’s needs, enabling staff to work in remote locations and on individualized schedules that better work for their personal situation. For each position at STGi, we will work with you so we all can work toward our shared values.

FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS
STGi is committed to helping employees face the demands of managing work, family, and personal obligations through our flexible work arrangements.
STGi team members are the heart of our organization. We recognize that it is their dedication which allows us to provide exemplary services to our target populations.
