Core to STGi’s mission is to positively impact the communities we serve. Our dedication is exemplified by our history of programs serving marginalized or underserved populations including veterans, disadvantaged youth, low-income families, immigrants, and refugees.

With more than 17 years of experience providing services to our nation's veterans, our current programs directly support over 69,000 veterans at 25 STGi-operated facilities throughout the U.S. including 24/7 residential nursing services to our senior veterans and housing placement and supportive services to homeless veterans.

With over 20 years of experience providing programming support to low income and at-risk families involving early education, health and nutrition, and parenting support, STGi is a leading provider of services for the Head Start program throughtout the U.S.  The program helps families connect with social services and funding which they may be eligible to receive. The families also receive nutritional assessments and education, referrals for medical and dental care facilities, and parenting support with an emphasis on building resilience to help children and families heal from traumatic experiences and overwhelming situations.

With a 20-year history of providing healthcare to over 20,000 immigrants per year from all over the world, STGi provides services in more than 20 facilities across the United States. Many of these immigrants are young, malnourished, uneducated, in poor health, and while frightened of the legal processes and new challenges ahead, are escaping horrific situations back home and are in search of a better life.
