Ms. Lee, who founded STG International, Inc. (STGi) in 1997, possesses more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and government contracting. Within STGi, she is a hands-on executive, involved in every facet of business operations and customer development. Over the course of her career, Ms. Lee has successfully transitioned and managed hundreds of business contracts to success.
STGi's exponential growth demonstrates Ms. Lee's ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes for solid growth.

A firm believer in community service, Ms. Lee is honored to serve on the board of directors for Washington Hospital Center Foundation, the largest private hospital in our nation's capital. Ms. Lee is also a board member for Service Source Network, a non-profit organization that provides job training and support services to persons with disabilities. She holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Sciences from Texas Woman's University.
Ms. Hughes is an executive with more than 25 years of business management, operations, and consulting expertise. Throughout her career, Ms. Hughes has worked for the Federal Government, health insurance plans, pharmaceutical companies, consulting firms, and clinical research organizations, developing innovative programs and building teams that support the business needs of both the Federal and private sectors. She is committed to providing customers with the best talent available, along with a solutions-oriented approach to customer service. She has held senior leadership positions in both small and large corporations such as United BioSource Corporation, PAREXEL and McKesson. Ms. Hughes is directly responsible for the overall performance and operational excellence of STGi's Healthcare Services and Human Capital Groups, and works with her team of Assistant Vice Presidents and Directors to oversee staffing contracts and customer-focused solutions that meet client needs. Ms. Hughes holds an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.
Mr. Bell has a financial management background encompassing contract management, accounting, and regulatory compliance. In overseeing the accounting and financial management departments at STGi, Mr. Bell is responsible for complying with and implementing all contracts, billing, and business requirements pursuant to each client and to each state in which STGi operates. In addition, Mr. Bell manages STGi's facilities and information technology functions. Mr. Bell holds an MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Mr. Denny brings sixteen years of results-oriented business development leadership experience in the public sector market with a focus on management consulting, information technology, and professional services. Mr. Denny’s expertise includes business development, IT and professional services consulting and operations, and sales. Throughout his career, Mr. Denny has performed various roles to drive large, complex solution sales, execute new market growth strategies, and manage business development professionals to drive contract signings across federal, state, and local government markets. Mr. Denny will lead STGi’s corporate business development, capture management, proposal operations, and marketing functions. He is also directly responsible for the development and implementation of STGi’s strategic goals and initiatives and its corporate branding and awareness campaigns.
