MICHELLE S. LEE,
President and CEO
Ms. Lee, who founded STG International, Inc in 1997, possesses more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and government contracting. She is a hands-on executive, involved in every aspect of business operations and customer development within STG. As President and CEO of STG, she has successfully transitioned and managed hundreds of business contracts, worth more than $750 million, during the course of her career to date.
STG International’s exponential growth demonstrates Ms. Lee’s ability to succeed through rapidly adapting to new environments and responsibilities, operating from a global perspective, and by integrating divergent concepts that result in creative solutions to problems. Ms. Lee's expertise in recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent from within the various workforces are the keys to her success in building STG. Ms. Lee has a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Sciences from Texas Woman's University.

ANNE IMRIE,
Vice President, Business Development
Ms. Imrie, who joined STG in 2007, is a business development expert, having developed and facilitated successful campaigns to grow such organizations as SAIC, ACS/CDSI and Oracle Corporation. During her 20 year career, Ms. Imrie has served in various business development capacities, as well as providing technical services, program management, systems development and marketing support for the Federal healthcare market. She possesses substantive professional expertise in the creation and implementation of successful capture management campaigns, as well as in supporting and leveraging on-going client relationship management efforts. Ms. Imrie is directly responsible for the development and implementation of STG International's strategic business growth goals and initiatives, in addition to the corporation's branding and awareness programs. She holds an Information Systems certification from George Washington University as well as her Bachelors in Business Administration from Longwood College, where she also serves as a member for the Alumni Board.

LAURIE HUGHES,
Vice President, Healthcare Services
Ms. Hughes, who joined STG in 2007, is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of healthcare business management, operations, and healthcare delivery consulting expertise. Throughout her career, Ms. Hughes has worked with healthcare providers and facilities, health insurance plans, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical research organizations to develop programs and build teams that supported the business needs of both patients and providers served by the public and private sectors. She has held senior leadership positions in both large and small corporations such as United BioSource Corporation, PAREXEL and McKesson. Ms. Hughes is directly responsible for the overall performance and operation of STG’s Healthcare Services Group and works with her team of Directors to oversee customer-focused solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Ms. Hughes holds an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.

JEFF BELL,
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Bell, who joined STG in 2001, has a financial management background encompassing contract management, accounting and regulatory compliance. Mr. Bell oversees the accounting and financial management departments at STG. He is responsible for ensuring that STG complies with and implements all contract and billing requirements for each client, as well as STG’s compliance with unique business regulations and operating requirements in each state where STG does business. In addition, Mr. Bell manages STG’s facilities and information technology functions. Mr. Bell has an MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

ELLEN DUNCAN,
Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development
Ms. Duncan joined STG in 2005, bringing 20 years experience in general business and human resources management to the organization. Ms. Duncan is responsible for directing and facilitating all aspects of STG's functional and strategic human resources and communications-related activities. A subject matter expert in the areas of HR policy, compliance and administration, employee and organizational relations, and 'employer of choice' health and welfare programs, she has worked within a variety of organizational structures and industries for both the public and private sector over the course of her career. Ms. Duncan is SPHR certified by the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. |
