STG International, Inc. Awarded Contract from DHHS ACF Region 10

STG International, Inc., based in Alexandria, VA, was awarded a contract to provide human resources support for the Administration for Children and Families, Region 10. STG will be providing financial, administrative, program, and database support for the ACF in Seattle, Washington in support of the Head Start and Early Head Start child development programs.
These programs serve children from birth to age five, pregnant women, and their families. They are child-focused programs and have the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low-income families.
Head Start is designed to foster healthy development in low-income children. Program grantees deliver a range of services, responsive and appropriate to each child's and each family's heritage and experience, that encompass all aspect of a child's development and learning.
Early Head Start has a triple mission. It promotes healthy parental outcomes, enhances the development of infants and toddler, and promotes healthy family functioning.
