• Kentucky State-based T/TA Office partners with the Kentucky Head Start Association (KHSA) to launch a T/TA page on the KHSA Web site.
• STGi T/TA Staff to exhibit at the Tennessee Head Start Association Conference, April 5-7, 2010.
• STGi's Director of Education and Technical Assistance Services to conduct a seminar entitled Creating a Competency-based Training Program for Meeting the New Expectations of Professional Development in Head Start at the 37th Annual National Head Start Association Conference scheduled May 3-8, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. In addition, STGi’s T/TA Specialists will conduct the following seminars:
  • Kristy Cox and Kathryn Herrera, Region VI GPSS and CLASS Certified Trainers, will conduct Would you like CLASS? An Overview of the Pre-K Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
  • Kelly Granberry, State-based T/TA Manager for Illinois will conduct 2 sessions - Primary Caregiving in the ECE Environment: Infants and Toddlers on the Move! and Family Outcomes: Determining Key Indicators to Evaluating Family Success in Head Start Programs
• Dr. Myra Crouch, Director of Education and Technical Assistance Programs at STGi, joins the Wisconsin State-based T/TA staff and Wisconsin GPSS staff at the annual Wisconsin Head Start Association Conference, February 15, 2010.
