Since 2003, STGi has helped the Office of Head Start identify best practices for improving the quality of early childhood education, health, nutrition, and program management in Head Start and Early Head Start programs across the nation.

We pride ourselves on delivering a variety of professional and staff development opportunities to educators, administrators, human service providers, and other members of the early childhood development and child care workforce.

In particular, we're known for providing practical approaches that increase collaboration among human service agencies, multi-service organizations, and local education agencies aimed at improving school readiness for children and self-sufficiency for families.

As a facilitator of strategic change and program improvement, we develop shared visions, differentiate roles, and build collaboration among our Federal, state, and local program partners.

As a premier provider of training and technical assistance, our services are aimed at assisting early childhood and child care programs to achieve program sustainability, implement cutting-edge best practices and pursue programmatic strategic direction. The mission of the division of Education and Technical Assistance is to provide support to local, state, and federal agencies in implementing bold initiaitives to raise the level of quality across early childhood education programs and it's partners. We have identified key services aimed at strengthening program performance and improve outcomes for young children and the early care workforce.
