A Teaming Program Like No Other

By joining forces with best-in-class small businesses, STGi builds powerful private-sector coalitions that can open doors to far-reaching government procurement opportunities.

But to succeed, we need small business partners with top-tier capabilities and technical expertise that complements our in-house services.

Through the STGi Small Business Teaming Program, we're able to identify mutually beneficial partnerships that marry small business specialization and set-aside contract access with big business relationships and large-scale capabilities.

We're looking for the nation's top small businesses—particularly those with major growth potential and specialization in healthcare, IT, human capital, early childhood education, and related fields. Furthermore, all applicants must be designated as one of the following:

  • Historically Black College & University/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI)
  • Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone)
  • Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SD-VOSB)
  • Small Businesses
  • Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB)
  • Tribal or ANC-Owned 8(a) Businesses
  • Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB)
  • Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)

More than a Partnership

In addition to gaining new leads and business opportunities, STGi's small business partners benefit from our expert guidance and hands-on mentorship support.

As a former 8(a) business, we learned firsthand how to blossom and thrive in the complex government market. And with the STGi Small Business Teaming Program, we're helping new small businesses find their own success stories—each and every day.

So join us for the start of a long, prosperous teaming arrangement, and learn how small business collaboration drives the Human Mission.
