Defining the Mission

Offering full-scope occupational health and wellness services to Federal agencies, FOH safeguards the health, safety, and productivity of the greater government workforce.

But to support more than 360 Federal agencies and 1.5 million Federal employees—with quality, trustworthiness, and staff empowerment—FOH turns to contributors like STGi to help sustain and fulfill an unbreakable commitment to healthy bodies, sound minds, and safer places of work.

Sourcing the Mission

Since 2004, STGi’s skilled contingent of clinicians, wellness/fitness specialists, account managers, and administrators have augmented FOH services at the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Energy, NASA, and other Federal organizations. STGi’s professionals utilize FOH’s award-winning tools, systems and procedures to delivery high-quality services to the Federal workforce.

As a non-appropriated agency, FOH looks to contracted STGi professionals for full, end-to-end operational augmentation—everything from business development to medical employability and direct patient care. Furthermore, we’ve played integral roles in both the clinical and wellness/fitness components of the FOH dichotomy.

Perhaps most importantly, STGi has consistently assisted in ensuring the high-quality, continuous operation of FOH services during difficult staff transitions. As our contract has increased in size over the past five years, we’ve nimbly expanded to additional labor categories at several other sites across the United States, in order to accommodate numerous FOH supplemental proposals (nearly one per month).

Sourcing, screening, and placing multiple senior-level employees within the contract’s first five months, STGi has continued to provide skilled professionals to FOH throughout the life of our engagement. Most recently, in fact, we successfully transitioned a full complement of medical professionals for a remote New Mexico facility—in only 10 days.
